All information is collected and delivered to Empowering Serenity by Booking by Amelia and follows their privacy policy. All information delivered to Empowering Serenity will be used solely for responding to you and scheduling your session. Your information will not be shared, distributed, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Payment Information
Information collected: Payment amount, name, email address in some cases.
Payments are made through a provider agreeable to both parties (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). All payment information is handled by the provider and follows their privacy policy. Your private payment information is not exposed to Empowering Serenity. The information that the provider does expose to Empowering Serenity will not be shared, distributed, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Coaching Information
Information collected: Information shared in sessions.
Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance. The coach/client relationship is founded on trust and anything shared in the coaching process is considered privileged information and held private. No information from sessions is permanently stored.
Privacy Policy Application
Empowering Serenity’s privacy policy applies to all of the services offered by Empowering Serenity. The privacy policy does not apply to products or services offered by other companies or individuals or other sites linked from Empowering Serenity.
